Voucher Explanation

• Discount Coupon: Can be used once. After use, the voucher status changes to "Used". Usage is subject to applicable conditions such as minimum spend requirements (if any), available regions, product scenarios, etc.

• Gift Voucher/Credit: Can be used multiple times until the expiration date or until the balance is fully utilized. There are no minimum spend restrictions for usage, but it must meet applicable conditions such as available regions, product scenarios, etc.

General Rules:

• Vouchers cannot be used to offset overdue payments.

• Voucher validity periods cannot be extended.

• Vouchers cannot be transferred to other accounts.

• Vouchers cannot be cashed out.

• Voucher amounts are non-refundable when applying for a refund.

• For eligible automated operations, the corresponding vouchers will be used automatically.
