# Ticket System

The LiaSail Console provides 24/7 online customer support. Users can submit technical issues, account inquiries, or other service requests through the ticket system. Our customer service team will res

**Ticket Creation Process**

1. Fill in the **Title**
2. Select the **Product Type**.
3. Fill in the **Problem Description**. For certain issues, you may need to select a specific resource to help the support team handle the matter more effectively.
4. Click the **"Submit"** button to complete the submission.
