LIASAIL provides an Infrastructure as a Service ("IaaS") which customers may use to process, store, or host any content they choose ("Customer Content"). Customers are the data controllers for their Customer Content and are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary disclosures and consents to permit LIASAIL to process such content per their instructions.

Providing IaaS per customer instructions may include transferring personal data of the customer and/or its end users from the EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland to jurisdictions which may not provide the same level of data protection as the EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary disclosures and consents to permit international transfers of personal data as part of receiving IaaS per their instructions.

LIASAIL may work with third-party service providers and/or its affiliates outside of the EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland in providing the services. LIASAIL ensures all personal data is processed, transferred, and stored in accordance with the relevant EU/UK/Swiss data protection laws and has adequate safeguards and procedures in place to provide protection for customers' personal data.

At times, LIASAIL staff may have temporary access to Customer Content while providing maintenance or support services to you. Such access can only be done with your explicit permission and instruction (as the controller of the Customer Content) and only during the time the staff is providing services to you. As a processor, LIASAIL will not access Customer Content for any purpose other than providing the aforementioned support to you, nor will it disclose it to any individual or entity.
