LIASAIL Credit Limit Policy
1. Definitions
1.1 Credit Limit: Refers to the maximum amount of service charges you may settle in accordance with this policy after ordering or using LIASAIL products or services. The credit limit will be combined with your account balance to constitute your available purchasing power.
1.2 Invoiced Billing Account: Refers to the team or account you have registered and created on the LIASAIL platform, which has been reviewed, approved, and granted a credit limit by LIASAIL, hereinafter referred to as the "Invoiced Billing Account."
1.3 Billing Term: Refers to the period within which you must pay the full amount of an issued invoice after using the credit limit to settle service charges.
2. Application and Approval of Invoiced Billing Account
2.1 LIASAIL will grant a credit limit to the Invoiced Billing Account you apply for.
2.2 When applying for an Invoiced Billing Account, you shall submit application materials to LIASAIL as required. You confirm that the application materials and related statements you submit are correct, complete, truthful, and valid. You agree that LIASAIL has the right to retain your application materials.
2.3 LIASAIL has the right to determine whether to grant a credit limit and the specific amount based on factors including but not limited to the application materials you submit, historical consumption levels, payment status, and anticipated consumption growth.
3. Reconciliation and Payment
3.1 Currency: Chinese Yuan (CNY) or US Dollar (USD) (as agreed upon by both parties).
3.2 Invoice: Each calendar month constitutes a complete billing cycle. LIASAIL will issue a complete invoice for your use of the credit limit within that billing cycle. Billing data shall be based on LIASAIL's system records. You may view specific billing data via the LIASAIL Console.
3.3 Payment: You are required to pay the full amount of the issued invoice for the current period within the Billing Term. The specific Billing Term can be viewed under "Invoice Overview" in your LIASAIL Console.
3.4 Final Payment Deadline: (1) Each time you use the credit limit to settle service charges, such settled charges will be considered as payable. Your Purchasing Power = Account Balance + Credit Limit - Payable Amount (if any). When your team's Purchasing Power < 0, LIASAIL will restrict normal service operation (e.g., bandwidth throttling) within 24 hours. This point in time shall be deemed the Final Payment Deadline. (2) If you fail to pay and settle the amount before the Final Payment Deadline, all unsettled services will enter the service suspension process.
3.5 Overdue Payment: If you fail to make payment after the payment deadline, regardless of any remaining available credit limit, we will charge you interest at a monthly rate of 1.5% (or no less than the maximum rate permitted by law). Simultaneously, LIASAIL reserves the right to take one or more of the following measures: 1) Reduce or cancel your credit limit; 2) Deduct service charges from your account or security deposit (if any); 3) Suspend or terminate all or part of the services.
4. Validity Period of Credit Limit
The credit limit and billing term take effect from the date LIASAIL agrees to grant or adjust your credit limit and completes the online configuration. The expiration date is subject to the provisions of Article 7 of this policy.
5. Scope of Credit Limit Usage
You understand and confirm that not all products and services provided by LIASAIL can be settled using the credit limit. The credit limit may only be used to pay for those products and services explicitly designated by LIASAIL.
6. Other Rules for Credit Limit Usage
6.1 Your payments will be used to settle your accounts payable and restore your credit limit.
6.2 Your purchasing power will change dynamically based on your credit limit usage and settlement status.
7. Adjustment and Cancellation of Credit Limit
Your credit limit may be adjusted or canceled under the following circumstances:
7.1 If any of the following risk factors occur: overdue payment, changes in financial or credit status, inability to settle invoices, invalid contact information, abnormal service usage, or other circumstances where LIASAIL independently deems it unsuitable to grant a credit limit, LIASAIL has the right to adjust or cancel your credit limit. LIASAIL will notify you via email on the day of adjustment or cancellation.
7.2 Due to significant operational strategy adjustments or changes in market conditions, LIASAIL has the right to adjust or cancel the credit limit. LIASAIL will notify you via email on the day of adjustment or cancellation.
7.3 If LIASAIL adjusts the credit limit, LIASAIL will notify you via email.
