Service Lifecycle

Typically, your resources will go through different stages. For more details, please refer to the Subscription Stages.

Warning

The duration of each stage depends on the specific resource. For detailed information, please refer to the relevant product pricing documentation.

Upgrade

• Configuration changes take effect immediately.

• The price difference for upgrades is calculated using the following formula:

• Price Difference = |New Configuration Price – Old Configuration Price| × Number of Upgrade Months

• Upgrade/Downgrade Months = (Expiration Date – Current Date) ÷ 30

Termination

All products or services ordered or provided on LIA-Console are non-refundable.

• For subscription services, you may destroy resources at any time; once destroyed, resources are released immediately and cannot be recovered.

• Pay-as-you-go services require prepayment and do not support refunds after use.

• All released resources are non-recoverable. Please monitor your resource status carefully.
